The California Air Tools 8010 PK with LVLP Gravity Feed Spray Gun is a versatile tool that can be used for a variety of applications, such as automotive, industrial, marine, and woodworking projects. The LVLP spray gun requires less air, allowing you to use a smaller air compressor, which can be beneficial in terms of cost and convenience.
Included in the CAT-8010PK Bundle/Kit (50 lbs) are the following items: an 8010 Ultra Quiet Air Compressor (8 gal, 1 hp, 60 dB), a CAT-33000 LVLP Spray Gun (1.3mm) with a 20 oz Gravity Cup, a 25 Foot Hybrider Air Hose with Male/Female Fittings (1/4" NPT), a Water Separator (317), an Industrial Female Adapter (1/4" NPT), and an Industrial Male Adapter (1/4" NPT).
The use of the LVLP Spray Gun reduces overspray and allows you to spray larger surfaces without having to stop frequently. The one-piece Lightweight Aluminum Gun Body makes the spray gun easy to work with, and the Stainless Steel Fluid 1.3 mm Needle and Nozzle are corrosion resistant. The separate and adjustable fluid fan pattern and air controls provide more precise fan patterns and less waste, making the spray gun suitable for use with lacquers, enamels, stains, urethanes, and fast-dry low viscosity coatings.
The 8010 Ultra Quiet Air Compressor is designed to be extremely quiet, operating at only 60 decibels. It features an Oil-Free Pump, which provides cleaner air for better tool operation, less maintenance, and lower costs. The compressor also has two pressure control gauges, one Female industrial "Push to Connect" quick connector, a Thermal Overload Protector, a maximum pressure of 120 PSI, and a 110v / 60 hz power requirement with a minimum of 2500 (running) Watts. The low Amp Draw of 8.5 Amps and the fast recovery time from 90 PSI to 120 PSI (60 Seconds) further enhance the efficiency and performance of this air compressor.
